Level 1 NVQ in Food Manufacture (Bakery Pathways)
This course will enable candidates to demonstrate basic craft skills together with a knowledge of raw materials and process and relevant Health and Safety procedures. Candidates can choose from a vast range of units applicable to the baking industry, the programme can be completed with a combination of on and off the job training or solely within the workplace.
This course is suitable for anyone working in the baking sector working as a low skill level operative who wishes a formal qualification.
