Level 3 Advanced Seafood Quality Assessment
This course instructs participants in the theory and practice of assessing fish using the TORRY and QIM Schemes, and participants are provided with extensive opportunities to apply this understanding in a practical setting. Additional content includes the establishing of assessment teams, setting up new schemes and becoming an approved trainer. This course is suitable for managers (QA and Technical), buyers, QA Teams and others who need to assess the quality of fish using approved schemes. Individuals wishing to deliver the Introductory Seafood Quality Course must have this qualification.
