To help your business succeed in this time of economic challenge, it’s vital employers invest in skills. Training increases productivity in the short term - and employers who don’t train are two times more likely to fail than those who do.

Research shows that three in four business people (76%) believe that their organisation would not succeed without investment in training.

We offer a range of funding opportunities for employers of all sizes to address different needs. In some cases the funding is secured by us and made available through our network of approved providers but we also work closely with partners like Improve, our Sector Skills Councils and with our network of approved providers to join up Skills support for employers.
